As part of its 37th, Annual Conference AEAS met with the Minister of Higher Education and a number of Egyptian University Presidents. They discussed the ongoing collaborative programs between AEAS members and the ministry, universities and research institutions. Discussions included the ongoing work around the review and the development of Strategic Plans in all Egyptian Universities and also the utilization of the Balanced Score Card as a unified tool to measure progress against the plans. Discussions also included AEAS support to the accreditation process in the different faculties. Dissuasions also included AEAS members support to the different scientific committees with the Supreme Council of Universities

This is in addition to the current ongoing mutual research between members and their counterparts in Egyptian institutions.
