AEAS held its Awards Dinner as per its tradition in the Diplomats Club. The dinner was attendended with many collegues and leaders of Higher Dducation and scientific research in Egypt. Dr. Mostafa El Sayed has joined Dr. Mohamed Attalla in presenting the awards to the recepients.

This year recepient of the Scholar of The Year Award is: Dr. Hind Hanafi, President of Alexandria University.

Dr. Salwa El Ghareeb, Secretary General of the Supreme Councile of Universities received Lifetime Membership Award.

Dr. Wagdy Talaat, Chair of the Department of Medical Education in Sueze Canal University received Recognition Award. , and

Dr. Tawfiq Ayoub received Service Excelence Award.
MS. Marwa Darweesh, Instructor at the Faculty of Science, Suez Canal University, Received Recognition Award for her Research in Hepatitis C.
