University of Ottawa has successfully applied the Balanced Score Card as a tool to measure performance and progress of the university strategic plan.

Dr. Salway El Ghareeb, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities has requested that AEAS to share their experiences with Egyptian University Presidents.

Dr. Hosain Moftah, Member of the Association of Egyptian American Scholars and Distinguished Professor at the University of Ottawa has made this presentation to university presidents as part of AEAS 37th Annual Conference.
